Can i file bankruptsy in Massachusetts without a lawyer?

Yes, you can file for bankruptcy without an attorney. However, in order to get the maximum benefit of the filing I would highly recommend that you hire an experienced bankruptcy attorney. There are many rules which need to be followed and if you fail to comply your petition may be dismissed.
