Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Massachusetts
Broke and need to file for bankruptcy
After an unsuccessful marriage which is on the rocks right now, I am left penny broke as my wife made me use up all my income while saving her income. She has a substatial amount in her CD accounts (but not in her checking accounts). She is not willing to even lend me her money and on top of that we are about to get a divorce - leaving me with nothing but the shirt on my back. And I am moving to New Hampshire. I need to file for bankruptcy but I don't even have the initial sum to put down for my attorney fee and court fee. Is there anywhere I could get help and pay in installments?
