Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Massachusetts

How can I collect money from a company filing bankruptcy?

How can you go about collecting a settlement amount from a company that is about to file bankruptcy, even though this case has been to trail several times?

This is not an easy question. It depends on what kind of bankruptcy (chapter 7 or 11, or possibly 13) and what kind of company it is (corporation, partnership, sole proprietor). You should call for an appointment to discuss the facts with me or another lawyer of your chosing.
