Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Massachusetts

I compiled data for the judges review at the request of my Bankruptcy Attorney. It took 6 months to compile. I gave the information to him and the Chapter 11 Trustee but neither gave it to the Judge. The Trustee stated that the Bankruptcy Attorney needed to make a motion ?? The Bankruptcy attorney stated that the Trustee needed to assign him as council before he could make any motions. The judge never saw the information I compiled and released my multi million dollar property for sale. How can I stop this madness ???

Chapter 11 cases are very complicated and you hardly provided enough information to know exactly what's going on. In bankruptcy, judges aren't necessarily involved in every step of the case -- much is to be done by the Debtor and Debtor's attorney. In Chapter 11, a Trustee is rarely appointed, the duties of the Trustee usually fall on the Debtor to a great extent. The United States Trustee's Office oversees the process. What is your case #? Perhaps we can look it up and make some sense of it.
