Bankruptcy questions are difficult to answer because you cannot give a complete answer without knowning all of the facts. A bankruptcy attorney needs to evaluate your debt, assets, income and expenses. I think the only way I can answer your question as to what you need to know: you need to talk to a bankruptcy attorney.

Good luck.
