what is Federal Regulations for residency to File Chapter 7

What is the Federal Regulations for filing chapter 7 in Boston, MA? Would this be true in other states like NY or Florida?

You must file in the Federal District Court that covers the geographical area of your primary residence. That is your state of citizenship and may include your primary mailing address, home, drivers license, voter registration or address used on your income tax forms.

There is no residency requirement. However, you must file in the court (region) closest to your home. This means you should file in the region or district where you currently live, even if you only moved there yesterday.
