Please, is a Civil Claim Judgment allowable as a dischargable debt in a personal bankruptcy filing (it stems from a car being towed and abandoned, resulting in a $969 debt).

If your debt stems from your car being towed and abandoned and you are able to file a bankruptcy, that debt would be a unsecured debt and dischargeable.
