If I file a Chapter 7 to get rid of my debts, can I keep my primary home?

Your can keep your home if (1) you are up to date on your mortgage payments; (2) you can afford your mortgage payments; (3) you have filed a declaration of homestead before you file bankruptcy; (4) the amount of equity in your home does not exceed $ 300,000.00 and (5) you live in your home.
