Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Massachusetts

i am not legally married.

i have been with the same man for 20 years and have one child.

i have a home loan mortgage in my name.

i am listed as 25% owner on the deed to the mortgaged property.

i am leaving my live in boyfriend.

i am unemployed...cannot afford mortgage and would like to sell.

my other half is 75% owner on the deed.

can i file bankruptcy and not be liable for owing debt?
