Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Massachusetts
I lost a good paying job 2 weeks ago, i am unelligible to collect unemployment,would i be able to file for bankrupsy.

Why are you ineligible to file for unemployment? Are you sure? If not you should apply for it. Don't file for bankruptcy without consulting with experienced bankruptcy counsel.
