Generally yes, as long as you are up to date on your mortgage payments. Even if you are not, there may still be a way for you to keep it through a Chapter 13 repayment plan.

Massachusetts has a rather generous exemption for people's homes. So long as the legal requirements are met, you should be able to keep your home. Consult an attorney in person before filing !
