Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Massachusetts
Misinformed on bancrupcy agreements
My lawyer misinformed me on what the money I was giving my auto loan co. was to be used. As a result my car was repo. He told me the amount I was sending was to clear the debt the bank never sent me any more bills either. Now my car was repo and I have to pay the consequences and the charges too. Is there anything I can do first of all against the bank?, secondly against the lawyer that made transactions w\out proper paperwork from the bank in front of him?
