Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Massachusetts
mortgage payments
We are in chapter 13 bankruptcy. we have been making our monthly mortgage payments but our mortgage company keeps sending them back making our arreages higher. It is my understanding that they had to accept our payments. How do we get them to take them?

Re: mortgage payments
This is not something that you should try to handle on your own. Contact a bankruptcy attorney for help. It probably will be necessary to ask the bankruptcy judge to order them to take the payments, and the procedure for doing that is not straightforward. Good luck!
