Re: Nonevidentiary hearing

There really is no good reason to be representing yourself in a Chapter 13. Attorneys fees can - in many cases - be paid through a Chapter 13 plan. Bankruptcy is a serious - and thanks to the 2005 Act, a complicated process. Since I do not know (1) the nature of the motion giving rise to the hearing; (2) the status or history of your case; and (3) the judge, I recommend that you either contact me with that information, or contact the pro se clerk at the court who can provide you some guidance.

Good luck!
