Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Massachusetts

personal bankrupsy

i have 3 credit card that i used to stay in business. i went out of business and have no way of paying these debts. my car is on its last lap and i haven't been able to find a job in my area since may. may i file bankrupsy and include my credit card debt?

If you were a dba or self employed and your business was not a LLC or INC then you can file one Bankruptcy which can elminate both your personal and business debts.

You should be able to, but make sure you speak to a BK attorney so they word it properly on your BK Petition.
