My soon to be ex wife ( we have been seperated for over a year.) filed personal/business bankrupcy last week w.o telling me? She listed my camper on the list ( she verbally agreed to give it to me as she got the contents of the house)

It all depends on how she lists it, whether she was able to exempt it and how the Trustee deals with it. You should obtain a copy of her petition.
