Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Massachusetts
I am a real estate associate working under a Brokers license in Mass. My Broker is declaring chapter 7 bankruptcy. I have two deals pending where I represented a client as a buyer agent. Will I get paid if my Broker is in Chapter 7.

You should, but it is up to the Court. I would recommend engaging an attorney who will protect your interests at the Bankruptcy Court.
