I recieved a NOTICE OF NONEVIDENTARY HEARING in regards to my chapter 13 and am not sure what is going on

You should talk to Your lawyer as soon as possible. This notice means that someone has asked the judge to do something in your case. If you don’t have a lawyer, you should get one right away. Representing yourself in a chapter 13 case is a bad idea because many things can happen that you won’t understand without a lawyer’s assistance. Contact your lawyer as soon as possible.
