Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Massachusetts
Recording a Granted Motion to Avoid Lien
Hi. I have 3 granted motions to avoid lien that need to be recorded in Mass. Do I have to record them all and will I need to put the book and page of the recorded lien on them or my address to have specific information referenced. None of this info is on the motions to avoid lien that have been granted. Thanks for your time.

You need to get a certified copies of each order and you need to record it at the Registry of Deeds for the county where the property is located.
You should record each order and make marginal references to the pertinent Book and Page.
