Am I suposed to lose my personal injury settlement to my Chapter 11 trustee ?

This is your 2nd question this evening. Are you sure you're in Chapter 11? In a Chapter 11, you remain a Debtor-In-Possession, meaning you choose how to dispose of your assets as long as the necessary creditors approve your plan.
