tax deductable fees

I filed chapt. 7 bankruptcy in april of 2002. Are my attorney fees and other out of pocket expenses ''tax deductable''??

Probably not. You need to review this matter with an accountant or some other tax professional. My instinct is that if your debts were related to your business or the production of income, that the fees would be. Otherwise, probably not. Consult your tax preparer. Best wishes.
