Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Massachusetts
Will I be homeless..
My husband is self employed. The past 2 years we have lived off creditcards and savings thinking business will get better. Our medical insurance alone is 1800.00 since he is in the realestate market it is only getting worse.I have 3 children. We have a mortage and maybe 70,000 in equity. We were using our personel credit to fund the business. We were not able to even get help because my husband is a scorp..Now we have about 50,000 in dept. AMX is calling everyday. Fees are so high I cant even look anymore. I have 2 leases on the cars..they are nissans not bmws...I am babysitting to make some cash to buy milk, bread, gas. we have no credit on our cards left and no family to turn too. My husband is a very well known business man and is devistated. My daughter just got accepted at a state college and we dont have the money to even send to hold her spot. He thinks if we file banruptcy we will loose even the house and be homeless...

You need not go through your financial problems alone. Make an appointment NOW with an attorney experienced in bankruptcy. Filing a bankruptcy case does NOT mean that you automatically will lose your home or any other assets; an experienced and knowledgeable bankruptcy attorney can guide you through the maze and relieve the emotional and financial stress you're in. Although I'm not taking new clients just now, I will make an exception if you want to call me or go to my website to register. Otherwise you can look up the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys to find someone near you. Do it tomorrow!
