My name is still on accounts for a business that changed hands in 2007 how do I get it off electric,gas,water .....

Hopefully it was part of the purchase and sale agreement for the business that your name would be removed from those accounts. Or perhaps there was some type of indemnification agreement in place. You write to both the new owner and the utilities and inform them the business was sold in 2007 and the new owner is _____. Please transfer the accounts to the new owner.
