breach of mobile phone contract
Me and my GFriend signed a contract with Sprint thro a Radio Shack store for a 1yr plan. Its very benificial .Copy of contract is with us. Now we find that this plan is only offered for 2 yrs. I want sprint/radioshack to honor the contract and make sure they pay for the penalty when i cxl in 1 yr.Initially i spoke to Sprint agents many times but they gave me the run around.Aftethat I have been spking to RadioShack for around a mth and they have got in touch with their Sprint Rep,who also has a contract copy. The rep hasnt got approval for 3 wks and the rep had told Radioshack rep that there is no guarantee of a positive response. Radio Shack said they cant do anything as they did check with Sprint before signing the contract.Radio Shack should know the plans if they are selling it and i beleive need take part of the blame. Please advice.

If you have an executed contract signed by all parties that provides for a one year term, then it's binding on all parties. It should be honored.
