Legal Question in Business Law in Massachusetts

Me and my two brothers started a small computer repair business in Fall River, Massachusetts and since we have decided to part ways all we have is a dba (doing business as) is he still entittled to a share of my future profits i put up all money for the business and rent but he has a photocopy of all my receipts.
