Why would one choose to set up a limited liability company over an S corporation or a limited partnership?

For limited liability not provided by a limited parnership and more flexibilty than an S Corporation.

It depends on the factors involved in why you would chose a DBA or some more formal entity. Each serves a different purpose. There are web sites that give you the differences.
