Legal Question in Business Law in Massachusetts
business fraud
I purchased a business and the cash flow is 1/2 of what the seller claimed. I am unable to pay the business expenses to keep the place open. Is there something I can do to get my money back? I am finacialy unable to pay lawyer fees at this time. I have lost over $45,000 and the hole is only getting deeper the landlord is taking me to court for lease money that I can not pay.
