Legal Question in Business Law in Massachusetts

business solicitation

I started a small business targeting college students. I want to go campus and post flyers and hand them out. I need to know who on campus or anyone I need to contact so I am not violating any laws as far as business solicitation go. Thank you.

I would start by contacting campus security and getting their okay. I would also ask them if there are any other offices that would need to be contacted. Off hand, the only law that I believe you need to worry about is trespassing. However, I'm not sure exactly what your business is, so there maybe other issues too. Especially if the school has an exclusive contract with a competitive company.
