Legal Question in Business Law in Massachusetts
I have a business that states in the contract- a 30 day notice must be given by either party of termination- if they dont give it- do I have the right to collect for the 30 day notice that wasnt given ?

You should take your agreement to an attorney. Our office offers telephone or office consultations for a reasonable fee. It is not sure what you mean by "collect". Generally speaking, if a 30 day notice is required to terminate a contract, then the contract is not terminated prior to the 30th day following delivery of proper notice. For actionable advice in your specific situation, you should review with counsel.
