Civil Action/Breach of Contract
I am disabled & representing myself Pro se in above action. A Summons, Complaint & Statement of Damages was served by Sheriff to the Defendant on March 18 & he had 20 days to respond and hasn't
& now it's the 30th day. The Clerk wouldn't help & walked away when I was there today. Is my next step to file a Motion for a Default Judgement @ Courthouse? PLEASE HELP since I'm disabled and cannot afford representation.

You file a Request for Default followed by a Motion for Default Judgment. You might get help from the Mass Trial Law Libraries which are partially acessable online.
