conflict of interest
If a member of a corporation, has a relative receiving services by an employee of the corporation, obtains an attorney that is working pro bono for the board member and the attorney is a related to the employee providing the services, does this contitute a conflict of interest?

Only if the attorney cannot act in the best interest of one party while not adversely affecting the interest of the other.;)
