Re: construction advertising
If you did not authorize his use of your home, simply request he remove it from the internet. However, you need to read the contract you signed first.
If he is indicating the location and address, you can ask but authorized his use of the pictures in the contract, you have every right to ask that he delete any apparent references as to location, including but not limted to address, town or county. You can tell him that you want those things delted for security purposes.
If there is no authorization in the contract, then you can ask him to remove the pictures from the web, expecially the interior ones.
Good Luck.
Re: construction advertising
Read the contract you signed with the contractor to see what you may have authorized.
Then demand in a certified letter to him that he remove any photographs you did not authorize be published as to the inside of your home. Photos of the outside may not require your permission if they depict only what anyone can see without going upon your property.
You may also demand he not list your name and the address of your property unless you gave prior written authorization in the contract and you received some consideration (payment or discount) for doing so.
If in doubt, retain an attorney.
