contract breached
entered into a contract with a loan company for an unsecured loan sent money to secure loan never received loan tried to contact loan company several times and ways like e-mailing and faxing letter but no responses at all

I suggest you contact the State Attorney General's office. you can sue them, but you might have to find them first. If the Attorney General's office is no help, then contact an attorney.
If the amount involved to you is less than $2,000 you can file a complaint in small claims instead of using an attorney.

Your other option is to send them a letter of demand pursuant to chapter 93A.
