Legal Question in Business Law in Massachusetts
I have a contract for a partner agreement with a company to represent them. I have not violated any of the terms of the contract, however the legal department of this company has terminated my contract and refuses to provide the terms of the contract which I violated. They state they have a right to terminate at anytime, but the terms of termination are clearly outlined in the contract and I have not violated any of them. What can I do?

Assuming the termination violates the terms of the agreement, you can demand that they provide you with the reasons for termination in writing and state that you consider the termination a violation of MGL c 93A and give them a reasonable period of time in which to respond.
I would suggest however you discuss this with an attorney in advance. If they have the right to terminate for any or no reason upon a certain period of notice, you may not have any claims against them. More information is needed to give you any reasonable evaluation of your case or how you should proceed.
