Can a Sole Proprieter (d.b.a.) Copyright the ''company'' name and/or logo?

"Company" is fine; the four corporate flags are "Corp.", "Inc.", "Corporation", and "Incorporated". Be sure to register your d/b/a name with your city/town clerk.
