corporate vice president signed sworn affidavit under penalties of perjury that he is the president of Corporation (which he is not ) his wife is- he did not want her to be dragged into lawsuit to answer questions so he said he was the president of Corporation state web site shows her signing under penalty of perjury that she is the president of corp .... would this be considered as making a false statement ?
in the same case the but different LLC the General contractor signs a sworn statement under penalty of perjury that he is the chief executive officer of LLC in suit when he is not- listed on the state web site of corporations he is listed as the the vice managing officer his Partner is listed as the General Manager

If someone lies like that it now depends how you can use this deceit.
