Re: Corporation
Corporations need articles of incorporation, by-laws and other documents. Contact me if you wish to discuss in further detail.
Re: Corporation
You have to file and register the corporation with the Secretary of State. In MA you can do this on line, however, there may be some things you want to include in the articles of organization that you may not be aware of.
There is more to operating a corporation than filing Articles and Annual Reports. Also, are you sure you want a corporation as opposed to an LLC. The both have limited liability but they operate slightly differently and the LLC may be better for your intended purpose.
I would contact an attorney to handle this for you.
