Court orders me to pay back $5000 for plantiff at one time. Can I pay those amount in payments instead of one-time payment?

You can ask the court for a payment schedule. It could result in interest and other requirements, but you can ask the court to allow you to pay it in reasonable installments.
The court may or may not allow you to do it and the Plaintiff can oppose the request.
