Legal Question in Business Law in Massachusetts
I had custom wedding bands made for my 3/11 wedding. The setting is a terrible representation of what the setting should be, one of the diamonds already fell out after only 10 days wearing it, the jeweler quoted me a price and then when we picked up the rings said the price of platinum increased and charged us an extra $600 (mind you, after further research the price had not increased at all) and when I went to another jeweler he quoted me half of what I paid for. The experience of blessing my bands have been taken away from me because I know have to purchase bands that are of the quality and the setting that I originally requested. I do not trust the jeweler to re-do the bands given the encounters I have had with him. What are my options to receive a full refund?
Thank you so much!
