My Daughter is a student a a MA. college and was drinking in a dorm. She fell prey to there Policy of calling an ambulance if her breath test was with in certain parameters. This was not medically necessary. Does she have to pay the bill?

If they send her a bill, she has to pay it.
Yes. She is subject to the policy of school and its health and safety rules. If she gets a bill, she has to pay it. Your medical insurance may cover some of the cost.
As a Franchise Attorney I agree with the other attorney answers. The more important point is don't try to point the finger at the college. Point it where it belongs - at your daughters drinking behavior - which violates the policy and caused the ambulance bill.
