Re: defamation fo character

This sounds much more like a contract issue than one of privacy or defamation. You should have a lawyer look at the acquisition contract.

Re: defamation fo character

Was the future issue of returns covered in your sale agreement?

When was the sale of your business completed?

Did the buyer purchase accounts receivable?

Is home your phone number listed or unlisted?

Re: defamation fo character

Is this defamation of character or is this breach of contract? If you have a contract that took this into consideration, she is in breach. If not, then you may be responsible.
