Legal Question in Business Law in Massachusetts

What is the difference between an agreement and the "within agreement"? I have a publishing contract that refers to the "within agreement" and I don't know what that means. Thank you!

It am guessing (without actually looking at your contract and any attachments) that "within agreement" is just another way of saying agreement. It specifies that you are talking about the agreement within the four corners of the paper, and not some other agreement.

Without reading the agreement I cannot be sure. It either refers to the agreement itself or an agreement which has been referenced somewhere else. It is poor language for the contract.
