Distributing fliers in front of event
Is it legal if I distribute fliers about an online website on the street in front of a building where an event is taking place? Does it matter if the event is related to the website content? I'm wondering if I have to ask permission (or even pay the event hosts) even though it would just be on the street (which is public property).

If you are on public property and you are following all other City Ordinances, then I see no problem with doing that.
