Legal Question in Business Law in Massachusetts
Embezzlement
An employee has been embezzling money out of the company through alot of different ways. Mainly the checking account because she was the only signer on the checkbook. Also, through her own personal charge cards. She has her own company on the side which her and her husband run. I have recently found while investgating everything else that she has about 5 different bank accounts. I am curious to find out if they are dummy accounts. How do I find the names the accounts are under?
Thank you Kelley

Re: Embezzlement
Checking accounts is not as easy as it used to be. What you need is a private investigator.
pc or email if you have any further questions [and you should].
