Franchise question

I own a franchise location with a protected area of 4 miles... another location of the same franchise has opened 3.9 miles away and is affecting my sales. What can be done.

Depends upon the language in the franchise agreement. Bring it to a lawyer for advice.

Depending upon the language of the Franchise Agreement, you may have a claim against both the Franchisor and the other franchisee. An attorney will have to review the franchise agreement to determine what your rights are.
