Legal Question in Business Law in Massachusetts
Is there a particular (free) agreement available that would cover both parties if they both have retail establishments and will be trading services for monetary value, however there will be no $$ exchange?
Thank you,
Judy

you are being too vague.
The generic answer is no.

Your description is not sufficient for anyone to give you a substantive reply. If you are bartering goods for services or services for services there are a number of complex issues you need to deal with and I know of no standard or free agreement for same.
If this is a consignment transaction then there may be some agreements on the internet, but there are still a lot of sales tax and other issues that need to be resolved.
