Can you insist upon a gag order as a plantif when you get a injuction as to the free speaking about it and more specifically to the result of the situation.

Gag Orders are very difficult to obtain, however if it is to stop unfair and damaging statements which are the basis of the lawsuit you might have a chance. It is rare that a court will issue a gag order save for very limited circumstances.
