Legal Question in Business Law in Massachusetts
Can a H1 visa holder be a partner in the company sponsoring him?
Can a H1 visa holder start a new company with an U.S.citizen and transfer his h1 status to their new llc Scorporation? If so what rule is it allowed under and if not what rule says so? and are S corp fees different to LLC's fees? thank you.
