I have a hidden camera and audio behind my counter at my business in massachusetts is it legal

It is legal to have a hidden camera as long as there is no audio. Having a secret audio recorder is a felony in Massachusetts. Using the device to record a person by an audio recording without their consent is a felony in Massachusetts.
