Legal Question in Business Law in Massachusetts

if my husband is a one third owner of a business, we are going thru divorce, and his partners file a trespass notice against me, but my personal tax and wages information were used to secure this business and loans for equipment contracts , can they legally do this ? We are still legally married and not legally seperated ?

You must respect the no trespass order. If you fail to do so, you can be arrested. Your husband is an owner. You are not an owner. If you want the right to go on the property, you need a court order.
